Suggestive Mark
Definition:
A word, picture, or other symbol that suggests, but does not directly describe, something about a good or service in connection with which it is used as a mark.
Infringement
Definition:
An invasion of an exclusive right of intellectual property. Infringement of a trademark consists of the unauthorized use or imitation of a mark that is the property of another in order to deceive, confuse, or mislead others.

Definition:
A category of copyrightable work expressed in notation or sounds.
